Dear Nawaz Sharif,
We know that once upon a time you wanted to be a constitutional Amir-ul-Momineen. We also know that you were in the past abetted and supported by Osama bin Laden.
We also know that terrorists of Sipah-e-Sahaba/ Lashkar-e-Jhangavi tried to kill you in 1998.
But for the last few months, it seems you are very soft in your condemnation of terrorist activities by Taliban and other jihadi and sectarian elements in Pakistan.
Are you compromising on Pakistan's integrity in order to gain a little political mileage?
Why don't you support the PPP government so that it could gain full control of rogue/jihadi elements in the ISI?
Hamid Akhtar asks some relevant questions in this op-ed.
