The main purpose of Istikhara is supposed as one request to Allah that known the unseen but you guide me if is better in my favor or not. Muslim are 100% believe that those work are start with the name of Allah its must be Successful. Rohani ilaj is also of that part for the treatment against normal and savior diseases like Cancer Aids etc.
