Mullahs, Ulama, religious scholars in Pakistan are creating confusion in the war on terror. Khurshid Nadeem asks some important questions... Who has the right to declare jihad? what does Islam say about those groups which intend to create a state within a state etc.

However, it is highly unlikely that the majority of Mullahs, who have earned millions of American-Saudi dollars in the so-called jihad (fasad) of Afghanistan and now through terrorist activities in Afghanistan, Kashmir and Pakistan, will pay heed to the questions posed by Mr. Khurshid Nadeem.
